Growing up in Tijuana, constantly crossing the US international border, I was introduced to a global awareness early on in my life. I have experienced firsthand how culture and background influence our perspective and in turn, how that shapes the way we perceive the world. This awareness grows with my experience, my love for research, and my outgoing nature. I’m eager to find hidden connections in what surrounds me. This inspires me to create work that reminds us we’re all not so different after all.
